from the famous pasta alla chitarra (a local variety of traditional homemade pasta) topped with tasty sauces, to fish from the Adriatic Sea. You will also be able to choose every day between seafood and meat appetizers, all always served at the table. A selection of wines and bubbly from Abruzzo rounds out the offer.

A tradition to be respected
For over 50 years, when it's time to eat, our ancient cowbell has been ringing and getting everyone to come into the dining room.
This is because, on the occasion of the 1968 Giro D'Italia, the historic owners of the hotel hosted a group of cyclists, including Aldo Moser: progenitor from the family of champions.
The athletes used to ring the cowbell to gather the team together at mealtime. When they left, they gave the cowbell to the hotel. Therefore, since that time, we have been keeping their friendly memory alive!
